== Installation ==

Pre-Installation. After downloading the plugin, edit the 'config.php' file in the 'link_builder' file to your specifications.

1. Upload the file `link_builder` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Simply manage your links from the 'Manage' tab and the 'Link Builder' submenu.
