Goals, Goals, Goals for semvironment in 2008
I usually get carried away with goal setting - my favorite part is the measurement of success in executing the steps I outline to achieve these goals. The worst part for me is the fact that I can list 20 or 30 goals that I want to accomplish when only 3 to 5 will take the entire year! So, one of my personal goals is to stay focused and keep it simple…here are semvironment’s 3 primary goals for 2008:
1. Develop four strategic services and tools that add value to our PPC Management customers and the pay per click community. These include web analytics expertise, publishing user behavior experiments, web-based software, and continue to contribute valuable information daily to the semvironment blog.
2. 1000% revenue growth.
3. Provide great employee benefits including a health and wellness program.
Without proper execution, a goal is meaningless.
We will post our execution plans for these goals in the upcoming weeks - I would personally like to encourage everybody to develop a plan of action for every goal you set.
